The Oakridge School is excited to announce that Dr. David Holdeman, Professor of English and department chairperson at the University of North Texas, will be giving the keynote address at the 2013 Dubliners Colloquium this February 6th.

We are thrilled to announce that Dr. David Holdeman has graciously agreed to speak at the Dubliners Colloquium to be hosted at The Oakridge School on February 6th, 2013. He will be delivering the keynote address to conclude the day’s academic activities.

David Holdeman is Professor of English and department chairperson at the University of North Texas. He teaches classes on modern Irish and British literature, and in the spring 2011 term offered an undergraduate honors seminar on Joyce. He's written or edited several books about the Irish poet W. B. Yeats, most recently W. B. Yeats in Context (Cambridge University Press, 2010; co-edited with Ben Levitas).

Once again, thank you Dr. David Holdemen. We are so excited to have you join our festivities; we can’t wait for February!

Well, committee readers are diligently examining an impressive collection of submissions, and once again, we plan to announce accepted papers for presentation no later than January 9th, 2013. Happy Holidays everyone!!
