The Oakridge School congratulates James Rowan of St. Mark’s School! He will be presenting his paper, “Earthlings: Dubliners Today,” at the 2013 Dubliners Colloquium on February 6th.
James Rowan is a senior at the St. Mark’s School of Texas. He captains the physics, quiz bowl, and math teams, coaches the middle school math team, and plays on the school ultimate frisbee and fencing teams. He will be studying mathematics at MIT next year.
Mr. Rowan will be reading his paper during the second block of presentations in a session entitled “21st Century Readings of James Joyce’s Dubliners.” The location will be announced soon.
