Warren Smith of St. Mark's School will be Reading His Paper "Students Sitting in the Classroom of Planet Earth: An Examination of Epiphanies in The Dead" at the 2013 Dubliners Colloquium Hosted at The Oakridge School


The Oakridge School is excited to announce that Warren Smith of St. Mark’s School will be presenting his paper “Students Sitting in the Classroom of Planet Earth: An Examination of Epiphanies in The Dead” at the 2013 Dubliners Colloquium this February 6th. Congratulations Warren Smith!

Warren Smith, a senior at St. Mark's School of Texas, has been a member of his school's Community Service Board for four years and is a vice-chairman this year. He is a captain of both the swimming and water polo teams, and is a member of the Telos Society. For the next four years, Warren will be studying engineering at Brown University.

Mr. Smith will be reading his paper during the first block of presentations in a session entitled “21st Century Readings of James Joyce’s The Dead.”  The location of the session will be announced soon.
